Stop chasing renewals in spreadsheets and group chats
ReminderKit is a live workspace where your team lists what is due, who owns it, and when it needs to happen. When the time passes, we email the assignee so nothing slips through the cracks. Subscribe when you are ready, invite your crew as you grow, and upgrade to Pro when you need more seats and automation.
Designed for reliability
We run on managed infrastructure with encryption in transit, careful access controls, and monitored delivery for due-date email so your team can depend on the basics.
Built for busy crews
Gas safety renewals, insurance dates, contract reviews, rent reviews, or equipment servicing. If it has a date and someone needs to act, it fits here.
One place for the team
Everyone signs in under your organisation. You see the same list of reminders, who they go to, and what is still open. No more lost threads when someone is on leave.
Starter and Pro
Start small with clear caps, then move to Pro for more seats, a much higher reminder ceiling, and the integration roadmap. See the pricing page and features.

How it works
- Create your organisation when you register. You start as admin and can grow into invites on the roadmap.
- Choose Starter or Pro in the dashboard and complete checkout. Your workspace activates so you can add reminders.
- Add a reminder with a short title, the email of the person responsible, and the date and time it is due.
- We send one email after the due time if your subscription is active. Edit or delete reminders until they have been sent.
Questions we hear a lot
- How do due date emails work?
- You add a title, who should get the email, and a date and time. When that time passes and your workspace has an active subscription, we send one email to the assignee. You can edit or delete a reminder until it has been sent.
- Do people I assign reminders to need an account?
- No. They only receive the email at the address you enter. Your team signs in to manage reminders inside ReminderKit.
- What is the difference between Starter and Pro?
- Starter includes up to 50 active reminders and suits a small crew. Pro raises limits for busier teams and includes the same email workflow and self-serve billing access.
- Where is my data stored?
- Organisation data is stored on our infrastructure in the United Kingdom. Card payments are handled by a specialist payment processor; we do not store full card numbers. Transactional email is sent through a delivery provider once sending domains are verified.
- Can I export my organisation data?
- Yes. Organisation admins can download a JSON export from Settings. See the privacy policy for how to request help or deletion.
Due-date email is sent from a domain we verify for deliverability. Questions? See Contact or read the changelog.
